I have been a personal trainer for over 11 years. I specialize in weight loss, strength and conditioning and women's self defense.As well as boxing and kickboxing for fitness. My certifications are in Personal Training, Women's Fitness Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Krav Maga Self Defense Instructor, Weight Management Specialist, Lifestyle and Fitness Coach, Kettlebell Specialist, and Group Exercise Instructor
